Payment Details for Custom Wedding Invitations
Payment outline for custom watercolor wedding invitations.
A $150 design fee is required prior to providing you with proofs. The design fee starts the creation process and includes custom artwork for your invitation suites, digital proofs, one hard copy proof (additional hard copy proofs can be purchased), and unlimited correspondence with Jordan Alvarez Designs. The design fee is non-refundable and ensures the printing and design of your invitations. In the situation that you decide to discontinue your order with Jordan Alvarez Designs, consideration will be given to the stage of design on whether a refund will be issued.
A 50% payment of the full invoice in due after the first digital proof is delivered via email. A second digital proof will not be created until the 50% payment is received. The final balance, or remaining 50%, along with fees for any edits or additions to the projects and shipping costs, are due in full prior to printing.
Arrangements can be made for scheduled payments. Depending on the timeline of your project, payments can be divided into two payments, up to twelve payments.
Please understand, your order will only be printed AFTER final payment and shipping costs have been paid in full.
We are happy to provide you with multiple rounds of electronic jpeg proofs with your order. These proofs are your opportunity to add, take away, correct, and customize to your liking! We'd love as much detail toward your project as possible, and just about anything can be used in the design process. The first electronic proof will be sent after your deposit has been paid, and you have sent your completed Client Information Form back to us. The second electronic proof will be emailed once the 50% payment is received.
Further discussion of details and design may be required and, in that case, you will be contacted via email. One hard copy proof is also available, free of charge, once final edits have been made. Additional hard copy proofs can be purchased, just let us know if you'd like another one. Please allow an additional 10-14 days to your turnaround time if you'd like a hard copy proof.
Once Jordan Alvarez Designs has received your approval of the jpeg or hard copy proof in writing, you will receive a detailed invoice stating your final balance, which can be paid in a number of ways for your convenience including debit/credit card, PayPal, or check.
In the case that you need to cancel your order, consideration will be given to the circumstance and the stage of design will determine whether a refunded deposit will be given.
